Our notes on Wizz Air
On Wizz Air the choice is made when you book: the trolley bag for the overhead compartment comes only with WIZZ Priority, bought during the booking, which also gives priority check-in and boarding. Without it you fly with the free under-seat bag alone, and Wizz Air says that bag cannot be checked in for free.
The free bag has a weight limit as well as a size, so weigh it, not only measure it. Wizz Air itself describes it as enough for a laptop, documents and a limited amount of clothes.
Wheels and handles are not counted in the size, but they may add no more than 5 cm, so a small wheeled bag passes only if its body stays within the limit.
A coat, reading material and duty-free bought after security travel free on top. A neck pillow does not: it must go inside your bag.
